Tape Your Hockey Stick Blade Like Tage Thompson

We are going to review how you can tape your hockey stick blade using the same method as one of the best goal scorers in the NHL, Tage Thompson.

Materials Needed

The first thing needed is the hockey stick. The hockey stick we use in the video is the CCM Jetspeed with the P29 curve or otherwise known as the P92 curve.

The second thing we need is some 1-inch white hockey cloth tape. In the video, we went with the Howie’s hockey tape, which I received as a free gift when purchasing some gloves from ProStockHockey.com.

The last thing we need are a pair of scissors to trim up the toe of the blade or to use to cut the tape if desired.
