Return Policy Overview
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, as long as it's in original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- Original packaging included

Why the difference? We want to keep you in the Pajer family. Exchanges and store credit keep the relationship going — so we cover the shipping. Refunds happen, no hard feelings, but you'll need to handle the return postage.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@pajerhockey.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange, store credit, or refund)
- We'll send you a return label (for exchanges/store credit) or return instructions (for refunds)
- Ship your item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange, credit, or refund within 5-7 business days

Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Items purchased at 50% off or more
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
Defective or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or wrong? That's on us. Email info@pajerhockey.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item showing the defect or issue
- A photo of the packing slip (if available)
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our mistakes.
Exchanges for Out-of-Stock Items
If your requested exchange size is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer:
- A different available size
- Store credit for the full amount
- A refund to your original payment method
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Store credit is issued immediately upon approval and sent to your email.

How long do I have to return something?

Can I return sale items?
Items purchased at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned. All other sale items follow our standard return policy.
Do you accept returns from Canada?
Yes. The same policy applies. We'll provide a return label for exchanges and store credit. Refunds require you to ship back at your own cost.
What if I received the wrong item?
Email info@pajerhockey.com with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item immediately and cover all costs.
How do I use my store credit?
Store credit is sent via email as a discount code. Enter it at checkout on your next order.
Can I return items purchased with a discount code?
Yes, as long as the item wasn't marked final sale. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid after the discount.
