Orders containing Pajer Paraphernalia (hats, bags, and other accessories) may arrive in separate packages from your apparel. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment — so don't panic if your gear shows up at different times. It's all on the way.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Apparel and accessories ship from different locations. If you ordered both, they'll arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each package.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you ordered apparel and accessories, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available in the future.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If it's been longer than that, reach out to us at info@pajerhockey.com and we'll look into it.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at info@pajerhockey.com. Once it's in transit, we can't modify the address.
What carriers do you use?
We use a mix of carriers depending on your location and order contents. Tracking details will show which carrier is handling your shipment.

Where does Pajer Hockey ship to?
We ship to the US and Canada. Orders over $75 ship free on both sides of the border. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
How do these fit?
Oversized and boxy on purpose. Order your normal size for the intended fit — size down only if you want it closer to a standard cut.
What's the return and exchange policy?
Exchanges and store credit returns ship free on our end — initiate within 30 days of delivery. Full refunds are available, with return shipping on you.
